Use the platform in good faith and avoid the behavior that turns a live service into a support burden.

This page explains the practical line between normal platform use and behavior that will trigger moderation, restriction, or removal. It applies across listings, bots, APIs, dashboards, support, and connected access surfaces.

Allowed use
Use the platform for legitimate server management, community support, public discovery, and connected player or admin workflows.

Enforcement
When the platform is abused, access can be limited, listings can be removed, and connected services can be restricted or terminated.

1. Use the platform in good faith

The platform exists to help players, server owners, and communities discover servers, use connected features, access support, and operate product workflows. Normal use means using those surfaces honestly and in line with their intended purpose.

2. Prohibited behavior

  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or targeted disruption through support, bot commands, listings, or connected routes
  • Attempts to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass bot, API, or dashboard protections
  • Impersonation, fraudulent listing claims, or presenting false ownership or entitlement state
  • Using the platform to distribute malicious, illegal, or intentionally deceptive content

3. Bot and API abuse

Do not automate against platform routes in a way that degrades service, bypasses intended access limits, or turns support or product endpoints into spam surfaces. If an endpoint, webhook, or product integration exists, it still has to be used within the rules of the platform.

4. Listing abuse and public presentation

Public server listings must stay truthful. Do not publish misleading server states, abuse images or public media slots, or use listings to impersonate communities you do not own or operate.

5. Enforcement

Enforcement may include warning, listing removal, command restriction, route limitation, account or guild-level access loss, or full platform removal where needed. The response depends on the seriousness and repetition of the behavior.

6. If you are unsure

If a use case feels close to the line, ask before you push it. That is safer than testing platform boundaries through live abuse or repeated failed attempts.
