Who can list
You need a signed Discord account that owns or administers the community connected to the exact server. The current modern provider workflow supports Nitrado services discovered from an owner-supplied provider account.
What to prepare
Have your Discord account, Nitrado account credential, exact server, owned Discord community, and a current invite for that community ready. For the public listing, prepare the server name and confirm its game and platform. A useful description, Discord invite, and listing image are recommended.
Connect your server
The owner workspace stores provider credentials securely and does not return them to the page. Service discovery lets you choose the exact owned server instead of typing an unverified public identity. Connecting a provider account does not publish or create a listing.
Verify the Discord community
Select a Discord guild that your signed account owns and provide a current invite. The invite must resolve to that same guild. Expired, inaccessible, or mismatched evidence is rejected; correct the invite and use the normal reverification action.
Create a private draft
After connecting the server, open Listing Options and choose List This Server to create the listing. Drafts remain in the owner-only workspace. Provider credentials and verification evidence never appear on the public listing.
Complete listing details
Required for review: fresh provider verification, fresh Discord verification, a confirmed game, a confirmed platform, and a server name.
Recommended for players: a useful description, a current community invite, and a listing image.
Listing images support WebP, JPG/JPEG, PNG, must be 5 MB or smaller, and work best at 1600 × 600 pixels (8:3). Keep important content near the center because responsive cards can crop outer edges.
Submit for review
Submit for Review becomes available after every required readiness item passes. Submission is not instant publication. The listing stays private while Site Owner moderation is pending, and normal server owners cannot approve their own listings.
Moderation states
A pending listing is awaiting Site Owner review. A listing returned for changes can be edited and resubmitted. If the requested change is unclear, contact support before submitting it again.
Publication and later management
An approved active listing appears in the public directory and has a direct public detail page. Owners can update supported listing details, replace the listing image, refresh eligible Featured status, or return a published listing to a private draft.
Unpublishing, unlinking, and discarding
Unpublishing returns an eligible public listing to private draft state. Private linked listings can be safely unlinked through their guarded owner action. Only never-approved connection-created drafts that meet the archival eligibility rules can be discarded; the historical row and audit evidence remain preserved.
Verification and recovery
Provider or Discord evidence can become stale. Refresh the exact provider service or reverify the owned Discord community before another review-sensitive action. If service discovery, invite verification, saving, or submission fails, keep the current draft, correct the reported issue, and retry the specific step.
Getting help
Contact support with the community name, server name, and the step you were trying to complete. Never send passwords, provider tokens, or other private credentials.
